At Studio McCracken, every piece is handcrafted with care and made to order especially for you. Please read through our shipping details below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
Processing Time
Because each order is personalised and created from scratch, please allow time for your piece to be made before it is shipped. You will be kept updated throughout the process.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We currently ship within South Africa only. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Reliable delivery to your door
- Express Shipping — Faster delivery for when you need your order sooner
How We Ship
We make use of CourierGuy lockers for delivery, unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering. If you require an alternative delivery method or direct door-to-door delivery, please let us know in the Details of the Order field when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address or preferred locker location is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
- If you have a specific date you need your order by, please indicate this in the Date Needed field when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
